So that’s identity. Exact sameness. Being true to the brand and contributing positively to a reputation.
Why is that so hard?
That’s one of the questions I’ve been asking myself.
I work in Corporate Communications at an Inc. 500 company, so I spend a lot of time thinking about corporate reputation. I spend a lot of time worrying about what the company can do to to manage its reputation, and I worry about outside factors that might tarnish it.
I’ll share some of those thoughts here.
